Real estate photography sessions start at $125 for homes up to 2000-square-feet, anywhere within 60 miles of 76002.¹ —| What You Get |— ►All the Right Angles◄ Multiple angles when possible of each room, along with multiple exterior shots of the house, and any special shots to showcase highlighted features and/or amenities. ►High-Quality, High-Resolution Images◄ The digital photographs you receive are professionally processed to correct for lighting, distortion, and color balance, and delivered when you need them via a password-protected Client Photo Album.² I also provide (at no extra charge) window pulling, TV screen replacement (either plain black or an image of your choice), and reflection reduction (where possible) to give the photos that polished magazine look. ►Flexibility◄ Have a tight turnaround, need to coordinate with your stager, or have a unique property that requires a special touch? I’m happy to discuss options and work out a session strategy that fits your needs. ►Satisfaction Guarantee◄ I’m not satisfied unless you’re happy. So if ever you’re unhappy with any of my photos, I will gladly reprocess or re-shoot specific images (and process them) free of charge. Still not satisfied?
